Grind & Seal Concrete was started by Andy James after more than a decade working in concreting and civil construction. Over the years, Andy saw how often smaller jobs were turned away by larger companies. He wanted to offer a service that gave every project the attention it deserves, no matter the size. Today, Grind & Seal Concrete is known for taking on jobs that others will not, and for delivering a finish that exceeds expectations.
We keep things simple. The price you are given is the price you pay, with no hidden costs. Our rates include all preparation, grinding or polishing, sealing, waste removal and travel. Every client also has the option of a free sample grind so you can see exactly what your slab will reveal before we begin.
